We help prevent you from making the common mistake of choosing the wrong community when there may have been a much better neighborhood for you. Do not count on a builder’s sales representative to educate you about other communities better suited to you. They are paid to sell their community only, and that may not be in your best interest. We work for your best interests always.
No, the builder has a set price and has already accounted for Realtor fees. They will not discount the purchase price if you are not working with a Realtor, so you might as well have a representative only working in your best interests.
