Fairway Gardens Membership Information

Membership to the Golf club is considered an “Umbrella Association membership”, which means membership to the country club is not optional, and an automatic function of purchasing in Tara Golf & Country Club. There are two types of memberships for Fairway Gardens condos for sale. Membership level depends on how the specific home or condo was assigned at the build. There is a maximum of 800 golf memberships allowed, however only 300 social memberships. Memberships can be upgraded at anytime, however downgrades are handled on a waiting list basis.

Types of Golf Membership at Fairway Gardens

• Golf Membership: A full membership including the use for the golf course, practice facilities, golf cart rentals, restaurant, snack bar, fitness center, card rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. The annual fee in 2019 is $5,055 per property. and a monthly restaurant minimum spend of $60 from the Grille Room or snack bar, which is calculated cumulatively throughout a 12 period.
• Social Membership: Social membership includes the use of the restaurant, snack bar, fitness center, card rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. Golf is available for social members on a space available basis and at the current guest rates. In 2019, the annual fee is $2,464 per property, and a monthly minimum food and beverage of $60, calculated the same manner as the Golf members.
• Master Association Fee: All members are subject to the Master Association fee, which is $695.05 in 2019. This fee covers cable TV and internet service for the year, along with maintenance of the common property such as main entrance and ponds.
