There are paver driveways, plenty of green space and sidewalks for taking your pet out for a stroll or just walking through the neighborhood. This is a pet-friendly community but there are breed and number restrictions.

Many of the floor plans offer two to four bedrooms, at least 2 baths, spacious kitchens and living areas, office/den, private screened lanais and a single to a three-car attached garages. Sam Rodgers Homes also built in this community, and they featured single family homes ranging from 2,296 to 2,796 square feet situated on larger lots.

Maintenance Fees and Rules for Gran Paradiso

The maintenance fees for Gran Paradiso condos are paid quarterly and include maintenance-free living with lawn and ground maintenance included in the HOA fee, irrigation system, recreational facilities, Cable TV and internet are also included. There is no truck, RV or motorcycle parking allowed in the community overnight, however golf carts are allowed.  In addition, there are CDD charges included in the yearly taxes.

Nearby is Venice Island featuring a variety of stores, attractions and restaurants. Cool Today Park has spring training for the Atlanta Braves.  Residents enjoy strolling along the shoreline of Venice Beach picking up shark teeth along the way.  There is a fishing pier, boating opportunities and water sports. The warm azure waters, white sandy beaches, pleasant weather and amazing sunsets draw families to the sun coast.
