The villas range from 1,600 to approximately 1,800 square feet and many have renovations and upgrades such as kitchens, bath and flooring that shows pride of ownership.
This is a pet-friendly community. This maintenance-free community has a walking path leading to a heated resort-style swimming pool where they have social get-togethers. There is a lovely gazebo along with walking and biking features. Many residents ride their golf carts to Bent Tree Golf Course for a challenging game. Membership to the gold course is not required to be a resident in the Hammocks.
