It’s right by the waterfront, offering a stunning backdrop for all your leisure and recreation needs. No wonder it’s a hot spot for both locals and tourists, creating a lively and exciting hub in the heart of Sarasota!

Under Construction and For Sale

For those looking to relocate soon to downtown Sarasota, we have some excellent news for you! The Quay currently has plenty of new construction options to choose from that are currently selling. Lets begin by breaking down the newest construction and upcoming condominiums at a glance.

Ritz-Carlton Residences – Sarasota Bay

Ritz Carlton Residences Condos For Sale in Downtown Sarasota, FL. - Building 3

One exciting project that we MUST bring up is the upcoming Ritz-Carlton Residences, Sarasota Bay. The building, which will feature 78 luxury residential condominiums ranging from 3,000-6,500 square feet, is build by the award-winning SB Architects and Kolter Urban. We’re excited about the floor to ceiling glass walls in each residence. Just imagine all of that natural light with views of the bay! It promises to be absolutely stunning. Also in the plans for Sarasota Bay are chef-inspired kitchens with premium appliances, integrated smart home technology that allows for owner customization, and spa-like primary bedrooms.

Here’s what we know about the timeline and of this project. The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sarasota Bay will have their formal groundbreaking and foundation work sometime this Spring/Summer of this year. The building will really start to take shape by the beginning of 2025 with the condominium being ready for residents by Spring 2026. Units are available for presale now, and range in starting price from $3.7 to $12 million.

Bayso

Another Kolter Urban project is Bayso – a gorgeous luxury tower condominium. Bayso completed construction in Fall 2023, so there is no waiting necessary for the project to finish building. Bayso features 149 residential units that range in size from approximately 1,700-2,500 square feet, allowing for plenty of room to enjoy life in the Quay. We’re particularly excited about the rooftop pool and lounge area that all residents of Bayso have access to – not to mention the concierge services and access to waterfront activities.

We encourage you to reach out to us today if you have interest in moving into Bayso, as units are being snatched up at a record-breaking speed. As of today, prices of units range from $2,199,000 to $2,550,000.

One Park

One Park Sarasota was one we needed to make sure we included on this list of exciting Quay projects. Developed by Property Management Group and designed by Hoyt Architects, this upcoming project will have 86 luxury residences by the time of completion in addition to promised amenities. When we look at this list of amenities, we can’t help but think of resort-style living! An infinity edge pool and spa deck, a golf simulator, a wine room… and more! One Park Sarasota will feature fully finished three-bedroom private residences, with 12 foot ceilings and custom high-end Italian kitchens just to name a few features.

This project was announced in early 2024 which means it hasn’t broken ground yet, however units are already available for sale.

Living Along the Quay

The Quay is definitely a place to live if you are looking for a high-vibrancy area. It’s location is excellent if you enjoy being steps away from boating, nature trails, and downtown life. Many condominiums being planned also include retail spaces – so expect to see more than just condo neighbors if you plan to move in!
