Homes have natural gas service, two-car rear or front garages, and several resales show extended garages or elevators. Medallion is a semi-custom builder, so buyers of new homes can often request structural changes such as moving walls or adding a bedroom during the design phase.
Aqua Lagoon include fiber internet, TV and landscaping as art of the association fees. There are six-month minimum leases, and a limit of three pets with no more than two dogs at 85 pounds each, and no truck, RV or motorcycle parking.
