The community was established in early 2000’s, and had not started out on the best foot. During the boom of construction in 2003 and 2004, homes were being sold and even built before the infrastructure was actually completed, which is not the norm. Construction vehicles eventually caused some infrastructure damage, which in turn caused some friction between the developer and the home builders. This had caused some negative publicity in the newspapers. In the years to follow however, these issue were resolved.
