Esplanade at Skye Ranch
Esplanade at Skye Ranch features one-story homes, with yard maintenance being included in the HOA fee. Additionally, Esplanade will host an adults-only pool area which is also shared with Cassia neighborhood residents.
The Townhomes at Skye Ranch
The townhomes in Skye Ranch have their own homeowner’s association. These homes are not part of the same HOA association which includes both Cassia and Esplanade.
