You may be wondering…

  • Help with inspections and determining what repairs need to be renegotiated with seller.
  • Manage the sale from the day we meet until closing, and beyond.

Oftentimes, the Seller has already agreed to pay the Buyer Agent in order to sell their home. If not, the Buyer is responsible for their own buyer agent fee. HOWEVER, the buyer often will include the buyer agent fee to be paid by the Seller as part of their purchase offer. This is often the case.

Across the USA, effective 08/2024 it is now required that the buyer and buyer agent have some sort of written agreement which covers the agent responsibilities, and how the agent will be compensated.

If we have never done business before, and you would like to see a property you found on our website, we are happy to start off with a written showing agreement rather than an exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement.

A written showing agreement simply confirms that we would act as your buyer’s agent for any property we show you. This does not obligate you to a long-term commitment with us. It only applies to the specific properties we present to you. Once we’ve had the chance to work together and you feel confident in the relationship, we can then explore the advantages of a formal exclusive buyer-broker agreement.
