Bay Tree Club condos, built in 1970, are a collection of 120 condos located in a mid-rise building, ranging from 650 to 1,300 square feet of tropical living on Siesta Key. It is located on the south end of Siesta Key with 25 acres with a variety of plants and Virginia Oaks surrounded by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft breezes of the Bay. A well-known visionary, Gil Waters who bought the land which is now Bay Tree Club was also influential in the building of the new Ringling Bridge at Lido Key. Since that time, many of the condos have been renovated and updated kitchens, cabinetry, appliances, and flooring and stylish architectural finishes. Water enthusiasts enjoy boating, sailing, fishing scuba-diving and water-skiing and many other water sports. The community is pet friendly for homeowners only.
