Oakhurst is a pleasant 55+ community lined with towering oak trees, pines and palm trees throughout. The Oakhurst villas for sale were built in 1980 on a nature preserve. As you walk around the community, you will see an abundance of wildlife such as rabbits, squirrels, sand cranes and more. There are several styles of villas to choose from all with a 1 or 2 car garage. The villas range from 1,500 square feet to 1,700 square feet. The majority of the villas have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a few having 3 bedrooms.
A heated and caged pool is part of the Club House complex and is kept at a constant 82 degrees. The pool is protected from the wind but the sun shines through. There is also shuffleboard alongside the Club House. The Club House is within walking distance from all the homes in the community. The residents are friendly and vary in age but are all young at heart.
