Additional Sarabande Condo Information

The condos are literally steps from Island Park, a green space with a children’s fountain and swing sets, and meandering paths surrounded by the Sarasota Bay. Marina Jack is also close by, complete with restaurant and marina. The Marina Jack II, a 96-foot yacht, is the ideal way to spend an afternoon sightseeing or a romantic evening with your loved one on a sunset dinner cruise.

A short drive will have you arriving at Sarasota’s Main Street, with popular restaurants, galleries and boutiques to shop at. A Saturday farmer’s market, held at 1420 State Street from 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., is the perfect place to purchase fresh produce, as well as gifts from local businesses and artisans. There is much to do in downtown Sarasota, including taking in an opera at the Sarasota Opera House, a play at the Florida Studio Theatre or a concert at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.

Giving in to the lure of white sandy beaches and turquoise water is a common pastime in Sarasota, and the beaches at Lido Key, Longboat Key and Siesta Key are excellent examples. These beaches are less than a half an hour drive from the Sarabande condos.
