Holmes Beach condos for sale sit just over the Cortez Bridge onto Anna Maria Island. Holmes Beach is the largest of the island’s three cities, roughly 75 percent single family homes and 25 percent condos, with a mix of full time residents and seasonal owners.
Zoning here isn’t uniform. A1 zones allow nightly rentals. R2 through R4 zones allow weekly rentals with a 7 night minimum. R1 and R1AA require 30 day minimums. Rental income potential depends entirely on which zone your unit sits in, so confirm that before you buy if income matters to you.
