Golf village homes are built around the links and fairways with membership and an initiation fee being required of the residents in this subdivision. The membership is included in the HOA but golf cart fees are extra. Membership includes access to Sarasota Nationalโs Bar and Grill and pro shop. Many of the homes offer 2 to 3 bedroom 3 to 4 baths, a den and 2 and 3 car attached garage. Residences have gourmet kitchens, den/office and impressive outdoor living spaces. The course is open to residents in subdivisions that do not require membership and to the public on a fee-based basis. There are quarterly HOA fees and the CDD fees are in the annual taxes. The HOA fee is maintenance free grounds, a 24-hour guard and cable TV.
