At the Inn on the Beach, one of several condominiums in Longboat Key Club, purchasing a condo suite enables owners to participate in the Ownership Rental Program as long as the unit meets their highs remodeling standards. This program allows owners to rent out their unit on a rotational basis so that all the suites in the program has leasing opportunities. There are a number of days that are set aside for the owner’s use. If an owner of a residential home or condo does not participate in the rental program, they have pool and private beach privileges, however do not have access to the staff service at the Inn on The Beach. The rental fees should be discussed with the property management.
Owners also has the option to purchase a membership to the Longboat Key Club and use their on-site amenities.
