Sea Gate Club has made improvements to the complex that incorporate impact-hurricane sliding glass doors and windows, lanai surfaces and FEMA rated glass railings and waterproofing exterior shell. There are elevators and laundry facilities on every floor too. Some units have their own inside laundry room. The lobby has been renovated with contemporary décor.
